Headquartered in Chicago, our client is an innovative software company that provides document and email management solutions for accounting, corporate legal, financial services and law firms. They wanted to further improve team output and performance by moving Confluence to cloud and letting Atlassian do the heavy lifting, as regards platform maintenance, while they focus on what matters the most, collaboration
The Challenge
They major documentation spaces were configured using a plugin that structuredthe spaces in a way that was not cloud compatible. With assistance from the plug-in vendors, we spent months converting and debugging problematic spaces one after the other, until we were able to successfully convert all the spaces to a cloud compatible format. A resulting issue from the conversions, were spaces with significantly bigger sizes which gave Atlassian’s confluence cloud migration tool issues.
